Keep Breathing

POEM
Keep Smiling, Keep Breathing
So I'll just keep smiling
I'll just keep breathing
I'll keep holding up
All those I'm deceiving
Feed me your lies
Your hope and regret
Let it all in
I'll settle my debt
Let them now fall
Tears softer than snow
Why am I here?
What do I owe?
Why do I listen?
Where did it start?
Sadistically speaking:
"Tis' my work of art."
Flashes of color
One heave of my chest
A pitiless pain
I hold in my breast.
Alas, what I owe!
What have I done wrong?
A last haunting sigh
Of my final song
Or was it my first?
I no longer care
Tis' if there was poison
Where once there was air
A tap of a key
A vowel into place
A shield to the world
From my woebegone face
They help me keep smiling
While I just keep breathing
And keep holding up
All those I'm deceiving

James Joins Mark Wahlberg's 4am Workout Club

From “The Late Late Show” to early early workout! #Diet&Fitness
On Wednesday's “Late Late Show,” host James Corden joined Mark Wahlberg for one of the actor's infamous pre-dawn workouts.
4 AM Workout At Home Gym

Corden, 40, woke up at 2:25 a.m. and, as you might imagine, was not exactly looking forward to breaking a sweat with Wahlberg. While reading through Wahlberg's itinerary and noting that it was Wahlberg's time to pray, Corden quipped, “I'm praying that he cancels.”
A bright-eyed and bushy-tailed Wahlberg, 47, greeted Corden at his home gym. Corden marveled at how early it was. “Isn't it nice and peaceful, though, when you get up (early)?” Wahlberg replied.

Millionaire Succeeds

           Qoutes from Bill Gates
         on How to Succeed

"Don't make the same decision twice. Spend time and thought to make a solid decision the first time so that you don't revisit the issue unnecessarily. If you're too willing to reopen issues, it interferes not only with your execution but also with your motivation to make a decision in the first place. After all, why bother deciding an issue if it isn't really decided?"
